Everything is dynamic and changing. I compressed time to present a process of evolution, in order to reflect how our culture and civilization also evolves with time. By focusing on the gradual changes in this process, I capture the dynamics of time in a static graphic.

Ontology in the natural sciences is a rigorous rational and scientific categorization, yet the evolution of biological beings, like metamorphosis in mythology, and creation of ceramic artworks, is a free and romantic process of creation. I combined intuitive creation and rational categorization, introducing biological elements into "Ode to the Lady of Luo", a piece of literature with artistic and historical significance. This creates virtual system in a romantic and mysterious world, gradually perfected and extended through change, becoming ever more persuasive. This allows us to search for the irrationality of the fantasy world and the concrete aspects of the real world, combining them in a creation process similar to that for beasts in traditional Chinese mythologies. It is both natural and supernatural, creating an elusive virtual reality.
